Colorado Rates

Parties of 2 - 4:	$215/person (minimum of two, maximum of four passengers)
Children:	$105/child under 90 lbs; we do not fly children under the age of 6.
Lovers only Flights:	$595 for two. You will be the only two people in the basket with the pilot, and there is no better way to take romance to new heights!
Internet Special:	$200/person, for parties of two. (This special rate does not include our Lovers Only flight.) Pricing only applies when your reservation is made over the internet with us.
Groups of 8 or more:	$190/person
Weddings:	$895 which includes Notary Service, Balloon Flight for two, and wedding reception in the field we land along with a Balloon Wedding cake! Additional passengers with the wedding couple are $145/person, no limit.

Flight Amenities Include:
Upon landing, we pack up the balloon and hold our traditional champagne toast in the field we land. This also includes a First Flight Certificate for all passengers.

Reservations
Reservations are required, and must be made with a major credit card. You may pay with cash or travelers checks, but we still require a credit card to reserve your flight. We recommend at least a 48-hour notice to book your Hot-Air-Balloon flight. Bring a jacket for the pre-dawn air, wear comfortable cotton clothing, and shoes you don't mind getting damp; in case of any lingering morning dew.

If you are using our "Book A Ride' feature to reserve your balloon flight online, and it is less than 72 hours in advance of the date you would like to fly, please call us directly at 866-606-7433 to reserve your flight. Otherwise we can not guarantee you space availability.

Cancellation Policy
Should you cancel less than 48 hours in advance of your flight and we are unable to rebook your flight with like passengers, we will charge your credit card for the full amount. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we can only carry a limited number of passengers at a time, and by making your reservation, you have prevented us from making more reservations to fill the balloon.

Safety
Safety is our first and foremost concern, and we have a 100% Safety Record. Should your flight be weathered out by Mother Nature or due to forces beyond our control, we will cancel and reschedule your flight for a day that is convenient with you. There is no charge for a weathered out flight.

Gift Certificates
Imagine your family, friends, or co-workers surprise when you give them a Magic Sunrise Ballooning Gift Certificate. What better way to provide that once in a lifetime thrill. All Gift Certificates are printed out on letterhead and are suitable for framing.

Gift Certificates are valid for six months from date of issue and they are non-refundable. If the flight is cancelled by the passenger within 72 hours, there is a rescheduling fee of $75 per person.
