Hotel

fee per person for hotel pickups in the attractions area. No charge

Flight
Amenities Include:
Upon landing, we pack up the balloon and hold our traditional
champagne toast in the field we land. This also includes a First Flight
Certificate for all passengers.
Reservations
Reservations are required, and must be made with a major credit card.
You may pay with cash or travelers checks, but we still require a credit
card to reserve your flight. We recommend at least a 48-hour notice to
book your Hot-Air-Balloon flight. Bring a jacket for the pre-dawn air,
wear comfortable cotton clothing, and shoes you don't mind getting damp;
in case of any lingering morning dew.
Cancellation
Policy
Should you cancel less than 48 hours in advance of your flight and we
are unable to rebook your flight with like passengers, we will charge
your credit card for the full amount. We are sorry for the inconvenience,
but we can only carry a limited number of passengers at a time, and by
making your reservation, you have prevented us from making more reservations
to fill the balloon.
Meeting Place
Since our flying area is in and around the Disney World area we meet our passengers at 600 AM at the Comfort Suites Maingate East at Old Town.
From I-4, go east on Hwy 192 (Irlo Bronson Hwy), Exit 64. Go past the Central Florida Greenway (Hwy 417) and look for Guide Marker Pole #9. Turn south on Florida Plaza Boulevard and the Comfort Suites is on the left, across the street from the Skycoaster of Florida.

Safety
Safety is our first and foremost concern, and we have a 100% Safety Record.
Should your flight be weathered out by Mother Nature or due to forces
beyond our control, we will cancel and reschedule your flight for a day
that is convenient with you. There is no charge for a weathered out flight.

All Gift Certificates are printed out on letterhead and are suitable for
framing.
Gift
Certificates are valid for six months from date of issue and they are
non-refundable. If the flight is cancelled by the passenger within 72
hours, there is a rescheduling fee of $75 per person.
